A consummate customer service professional with more than a decade of experience of high-fashion luxury goods retailing at sales and managerial levels, Shannon understands what it takes to make a connection and finalise a sale. In a career built on an ability to sell to a diverse range of clients and to incentivise teams of like-minded salespeople, Shannon's empathetic nature and disciplined approach has seen her transition easily to a corporate environment.
As an intrinsic part of Paul Richards' team, Shannon provides the expert support and pro-active service that ensures a smooth seamless and stress-free sale. "Whether the product is a lipstick or a home, treating people with care and respect is at the heart of a successful sale." says Shannon. This approach has been enhanced by Shannon's tertiary studies in Human Resources. "Over the years, my clients and staff have been drawn from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds." she says. "Watching, listening and learning how people expect to be treated, then exceeding that expectation is at the heart of what I do."

A local for most of her life, Shannon's perfect weekend involves a movie, a good book, perhaps a gallery visit, and time spent amongst family and friends.
